How many times have we heard the cry of our children when we have asked them to do this or that "Ya but it's so hard" ???
As adults in recovery we tend to express the same feelings when it comes to working our program.
The truth is that anytime you take the higher ground it's going to seemlike an up hill battle. But "Seem" is a big word.
